bucheki name listen from elders that some bucha name sikh sardar lived in this area before partition in 1947, then name changed his shape in different tongues and now current pronunciate as Bucheki.
Master Perviz (Atta ullah sb late), Boys high school teacher, prepared the out class map of bucheki in his life but unfortunately missed this art work.
bucheki city is famous for rice and wheat market. it is 98 km from lahore and nearby city is nankana sb which is famous place of sikhs community. now bucheki has developed city like other cities. all the major and minor facilities are available like hospitals, private clinics, labs, cloths shop, bar b q shops, sweets shops, parks, huge building structures, new developed markets, mobile and bike decorations shops like tanveer g flex bucheki.
it is relevant that people residing beside daik nala are suffering with different harmful diseases due to polluted wastage of factories. currently people are demanding solution of this headache and also requesting concerns to provide the facility of sui gas because sui gas is not far from bucheki city about 3 km distance sui gas is available but no measures yet adopted or in pipe line.
