The pandemic is taking a toll on American teens. Odessa Meulbroek, a teen from Rye, New York, says that living under fear of COVID-19 has made her a lot more anxious, and her classmate Ayden Huffert says he’s sadder than he used to be. Odesssa says that no one is allowed in her home, and she misses her friends. The barrage of new and conflicting information is also overwhelming. So how can we help teens who are struggling with the effects of lockdown?
