Hello friends ...today we are making healthy breakfast avocado smoothie which is quick,easy to make in 5 mins,thick,delicious and full of nutrients which is very filling and keeps you fuller for long time.you can replace your breakfast with this smoothie in morning hustle.

Ingredients :
2 Tbs roasted oats(unsweetened)
२ बड़े चम्मच भुने हुए ओट्स (उनस्वीटेनेड)
1/2 Avocado
१/२ अवोकेडो
1 spoon peanut butter(unsweetened)
१ चम्मच पीनट बटर(उनस्वीटेनेड)
2 spoon honey
२ चम्मच शहद
1 tsn chiaseeds
१ छोटा चम्मच चिआ सीड्स
1 cup Dairy/plant based milk(250ml)
१ कप दूध(२५० मि.ली.)
Ice cubes(optional)
आइस के टुकड़े(वैकल्पिक)
