Man and Dog Go Skateboarding Together Over River Pier

This guy and his dog, Cartman, were seen riding their skateboards over the pier alongside River Hudson in Tribeca, New York. The owner held the dog's leash in his hand to give them support as they made their way smoothly, zig-zagging amidst the crowd of people.
