Following an encounter in Shakarpur area, five suspected terrorists were arrested by Delhi Police Special Cell on December 07. Two of them are from Punjab, and three are from Kashmir, said Pramod Kushwaha, DCP, Special Cell. According to the Delhi Police, they were backed by ISI for Narcoterrorism. The name of the terror organisation is yet to be confirmed. Weapons and other incriminating materials were also recovered. More details are awaited.
