Delhi:5 terrorists have links with IS-Khalistani groups

The Special cell of Delhi Police has arrested five terrorists during an encounter in the Shakarpur area. Two of the arrested terrorists are from Punjab and three from Kashmir. All these are associated with the Islamic state and Khalistani organizations. The operation was going on for a long time. Watch the video for more details.
