MerCruiser V8 Engine Power Loss - Marine Mechanic and Engine Surveyor - Palm Beach, Florida

This is a MerCruiser V8 engine that was owned by a customer who complained of a power loss during throttle up. During diagnosis it was found that there was no coolant in the expansion tank and signs of leaks in the exhaust manifolds. Compression testing showed almost no compression in most of the cylinders.
