US President-elect Joe Biden says "We're looking at hundreds of billions of dollars," in COVID-19 relief during a briefing on the November employment report that shows US job creation stalling. "It's not going to satisfy everybody, but the option is, if you insist on everything, we're likely to get nothing on both sides" says Biden, adding, "This is not the end of the deal".
