이란 "미국•유럽이 핵 합의 준수하면 우리도 약속 지킬 것"

While issues over Iran's nuclear program have been rekindled in recent days following the assassination of Tehran's top nuclear scientist....
Tehran has urged the U.S. and Europe to comply with their previous nuclear deal which included lifting sanctions.
For more on this and other news from around the world, we turn to our Lee Kyung-eun.
Kyung-eun, what's the latest?
Mok-yeon, Iran is calling for some give-and-take,... when it comes to its nuclear issues.
Tehran's foreign minister called on the U.S. and Europe to rejoin the nuclear deal.
And he's basically saying,... Iran will comply with the agreement to scale down its nuclear programs,... if they also keep their promise to lift sanctions.
Iran was referring to the 2015 agreement,... signed during the U.S. Obama administration.
The deal led to a substantial improvement in their bilateral ties.
But in 2018, President Trump unilaterally withdrew from the agreement.
The remark comes at a critical time just under two months before President-elect Joe Biden takes office.
And Biden the former vice president during the Obama administration has previously said he is committed to returning to, and expanding the deal.
