Continues to Slow, Hits Lowest Rate Since Summer.
Reports released by payroll
company ADP reveal a November
private payroll growth of 307,000 jobs.
The number represents a decline of
nearly 100,000 private payroll jobs
from October's addition of 404,000.

Wall Street economists had projected
a November private payroll growth
of at least 475,000 jobs.
The November job gains
are the smallest since July,
when 216,000 private sector
jobs were added to the economy.
Hospitality jobs made the biggest
impact, adding 95,000 in November.
Health services and education also
made significant additions, with 69,000 jobs
that were mostly related to health service
