Toyota real time test for setup Celette bench and universal jig Cameleon and loading Toyota Fortuner

In this video we show you a real-time test to see how long it will take to set up a Celette car bench with 8 Cameleon universal jigs and then loading the Toyota Fortuner done by one of our Celette trainers. If you prefer to use Celette dedicated jigs, the time to set up the bench is the same as with universal jigs.
So as you can see the full video is 49'27"" ,which is the time to load a car on the Celette bench with Cameleon universal jig or dedicated jigs , done in a normal working tempo.
After receiving about 2 hours of training any technician with no previous experience with jigs, dedicated or universal , will be able to complete the process for the first time, in under 1 hour. This initial setup is to measure the car with the universal jigs, this process is very simple and can be done by technicians of any level and without specific skills . Using the Celette universal jigs to measure, then repair the car body eliminates the use of an electronic measuring system and after the damage is assessed the repair can be done on the same jigs therefore saving the bodyshop valuable time.
