Ways To Listen To Your Intuition

When you are confronted to a difficult decision to make, step away, seek quietness and take a deep breath. Meditation will help you to hear what your intuition has to tell you.
Pay attention to what your body tells you. When you’re thinking about what you need to do, your intuition will communicate through your body. Does it trigger a feeling in your chest? In your gut? Do you feel discomfort or joy? Those feelings are your intuition speaking to you.
You have illogical and irrational thoughts that make you happy. Sometimes you’ll think about decisions that will seem crazy or unreasonable but you’re hesitating because you’re afraid. Here, your intuition is telling you what to do but your brain conditioned to think a certain way, will stop you from doing what you really want.
Feel the energy. If you are feeling stressed, tired for no particular reason, it can be your intuition telling you to make a change. And if you’re feeling good, confident, relieved, you’ll know that you are on the right path.
Look out for the signs. Some signs can appear to you as coincidences or repeated opportunities you choose not to see or you’re too afraid to take. The Universe will provide you guidance, you just have to watch out for it.
