I have a hard time saying “no” – it means that you are dedicated to your work and eager to help. It highlights as well your team work. You’ll need to prove that you can handle your own work and meet deadlines.
I have trouble delegating – it highlights your desire to complete a task perfectly but you can emphasize on the fact that you are super organized and that the workload doesn’t affect you.
I tend to be shy in large groups – it gives an aspect of your personality but you can say how you are working on that by taking acting classes for instance.
It is hard to take on critics – you can turn this onto your advantage by pointing out the fact that you are very hard on yourself and even though critics are good, you put extra pressure on you and your work to always be on top of your game.
Strong attention to details – although it is a good thing, being too details oriented can be a weakness as you’ll take too much time to complete a task. It’s important for you to insist on how you like to be thorough and that with time and experience you’ll only learn to be quicker at what you do.
