Ingredients:
- Pork Meat or Bacon 750 grams
- Water 1 Cup
- 2-3 Bay Leaf
- Red Chilli Powder 2-4 tbsp
- Salt 1-2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder ¼ tbsp
- Coriander Powder ¾ tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder ½ tbsp
- Pepper Powder ¼ tbsp
- Green Chilli – 4
- Garlic Clove – 4
- Ginger – 1 inch or a small piece
- Onion - 2 Large or 3 Medium size
- Vinegar 2 tbsp or Tamarind water - 3 tbsp

Cooking Method:
- Cook 750 grams Pork meat or Bacon for 10-15 mins in high flame with 1 cup water, 2-3 Bay Leaf and Mix well.
- Add Salt 1 tbsp, Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp, Turmeric Powder ¼ tbsp, Coriander powder ¾ tbsp, Garam Masala Powder ½ tbsp, Pepper Powder ¼ tbsp and cook for 5-6 mins.
- Now, Add Chopped Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic and Onions
- Add 1-2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (Optional).
- Add Vinegar 2 tbsp or Tamarind Water 3 tbsp (Optional).
- Cook for 5 mins in Medium Flame and 10-15 mins in Low Flame
- Pork Masala Ready to eat
