Seema was determined in her childhood to become a bus driver in Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC). But the journey to become a driver was not easy. He did his MA in English from Pradesh University after doing his BA from Kotsehra College, Shimla. Wanting to do something different, he chose the profession of bus driver. Having overcome all the difficulties, the border finally took hold of the HRTC bus. Today she is running the life car comfortably.

सीमा ने बचपन में ठान लिया था कि उसे हिमाचल पथ परिवहन निगम (एचआरटीसी) में बस चालक बनना है। लेकिन चालक बनने तक का सफर आसान नहीं था। उसने शिमला के कोटशेरा कॉलेज से बीए करने के बाद प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय से अंग्रेजी में एमए की। कुछ अलग करने की चाहत के कारण उन्होंने बस चालक का प्रोफेशन चुना। सभी दिक्कतों को पार कर सीमा ने आखिरकार एचआरटीसी की बस का स्टीय¨रग थाम लिया। आज वह जिंदगी की गाड़ी आराम से दौड़ा रही हैं।
