What happened during PM Modi's meeting with Chief Ministers?

In the wake of the fast growing Corona cases in the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with the Chief Ministers. Many things related to Corona were discussed during the meeting. PM Modi said that India will aim for the best vaccine and every vaccine will be tested scientifically. At the same time, the PM also alerted that people need to be cautious till the vaccine comes.
