The J&K govt has made the list of alleged illegal beneficiaries under the Roshni Act public on the govt website as per a High Court order. The list of around 400 individuals features prominent people, including politicians, businesspersons, bureaucrats and judicial functionaries. this is said to be the biggest scam in Jammu and Kashmir.
