Returnees under PCA caught in ‘high risk’ limbo

Malaysians who have returned from Singapore under the Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA) are hoping the government could remove their “high risk” status for Covid-19 on the MySejahtera app after they’ve completed the mandatory quarantine.
