Distraught Ethiopian refugees seek aid
Refugees who have fled violence in Ethiopia's volatile Tigray region are pleading for humanitarian aid. They say government assistance is not enough. Over 27, 000 Ethiopians have fled to Sudan due to ongoing conflict. The refugees comprise mostly elderly people, women and children who walked for days to the border without enough food. An emergency aid centre to collect their information and to conduct health exams has been set up. The refugees are set to be relocated to temporary shelters, where they will receive food and other basic necessities. Courtesy #DStv403
