Umany president, vice president called for questioning

Two leaders of the Universiti Malaya Association of New Youth or Umany were summoned for further questioning at the Kajang police district headquarters today.

According to one of their lawyers, Umany president Robin Yap and vice president Tan Li Yuan were called for further questioning over their statement of apology in relation to an article by the group on the Yang di-Pertuan Agong's role, which is being investigated under the Sedition Act.
