An environmentally-friendly drainage master plan (Pisma) will be implemented in Kuala Krai, Kelantan, soon to resolve longstanding flash flood woes there.
Environment and Water Minister Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said it was part of a proposed long-term flood mitigation initiative under the 12th Malaysia Plan.
