The entire nation tuned in as Ilongga Rabiya Mateo was crowned the very first Miss Universe Philippines last October. The physical therapist turned beauty queen’s life was instantly thrusted into the spotlight in a matter of hours and is now quite the social media influencer as well.

One of the things that caught our eye during the pageant was Rabiya’s sultry makeup look that we believe helped her win the crown. Along with 4th runner up Billie Hakenson’s signature smokey eye. So we had to ask the resident makeup maven of the Preview Clique, Janny Miranda, to recreate these iconic Miss Universe Philippines looks on video!
