Sparks Fly as Car's Tire Punctures and Rim Drags on the Road

This car was driving on the road at high speed. Suddenly, sparks started flying from underneath the car. The tire deflated and detached from the wheel disc causing the rim to drag on the road. It caused sparking and the car came to a halt soon after.
