JDU president Nitish Kumar was elected the leader of the National Democratic Alliance on Sunday and this has paved the way for Nitish Kumar to become the chief minister. Senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh said that Nitish Kumar was elected the leader of the alliance in the joint meeting of the NDA. After being elected the leader of the alliance, Nitish Kumar left for the Raj Bhavan after the meeting and he has submitted a claim to the Governor Governor Fagu Chauhan to form the government.

जदयू अध्यक्ष नीतीश कुमार को रविवार को राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन का नेता चुन लिया गया और इसके साथ ही नीतीश कुमार का मुख्यमंत्री बनने का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो गया है। वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता राजनाथ सिंह ने बताया कि एनडीए की संयुक्त बैठक में नीतीश कुमार को गठबंधन का नेता चुना गया. गठबंधन का नेता चुने जाने के बाद नीतीश कुमार बैठक के बाद राजभवन रवाना हो गए और उन्‍होंने राज्‍यपाल राज्यपाल फागू चौहान के सामने सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश किया है.
