Counting of votes to determine the winner of the Bihar Assembly elections will begin at 8 am. The poll of exit polls has predicted a solid victory for the Mahagathbandhan with 133 seats while the NDA is expected to win 100 seats. Though, JDU leader Vashisht Narayan Singh has said that the exit polls are never the base. He added that NDA will form the government in the state.
