Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob reiterated that while wedding receptions and birthday celebrations in big scale remain prohibited during the conditional movement control order (MCO), the National Security Council (NSC) will discuss on Tuesday if registration of marriage will be allowed.
