Covid-19: Health Ministry to fine-tune measures to control social, school activities to stem spread

The Health Ministry plans to fine-tune measures to control social, school and sports activities as it continues its efforts to stem the spread of Covid-19.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah on Saturday (Nov 7) said while the conditional movement control order (MCO) has been effective in bringing down infection rates in the third wave, the challenge is to control the social activities as there have been cases of people breaking the rules.
