Ashwanth had shot fame and had a great success after playing the popular lead role as chella Kutty Ashwanth in Junior Super Star aired in Zee Tamil. Since then he is called by the name chella Kutty Ashwanth. In 2016 Ashwanth also received the People's most favorite actor award in Zee Tamil for giving him best in Junior Super Star.
