There was a lot of uproar on the second day of the monsoon session of the Haryana Legislative Assembly. The Haryana government passed a motion of thanks to the central government on three agricultural laws. But the Congress MLAs got angry with this proposal. Angry Congress MLAs created a ruckus in the well. Congress MLA Raghubir Singh Kadian came in Vail and tore copies of agricultural laws.

हरियाणा विधानसभा का मानसून सत्र के दूसरे दिन भी जमकर हंगामा हुआ. हरियाणा सरकार ने तीन कृषि कानूनों पर केंद्र सरकार के प्रति धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पारित किया. लेकिन इस प्रस्ताव से कांग्रेस के विधायक नाराज हो गए. नाराज कांग्रेस के विधायकों ने वेल में पहुंच जमकर हंगामा किया. कांग्रेस विधायक रघुबीर सिंह कादियान ने वेल में आकर कृषि कानूनों की प्रतियां फाड़ दीं.
