There were chants of 'Jai Shri Ram', 'Vande Mataram' and more in Lok Sabha on Tuesday, June 18, as Opposition MPs and MPs of the Muslim community took the oath. While some MPs ignored, those like AIMIM's Asaduddin Owaisi and TMC's Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar responded with 'Jai Hind' and 'Jai Maa Kali' chants. SP MP Shafiqur Rehman, on the other hand, said that saying 'Vande Mataram' was against Islam.
