‘Cow Smugglers Caught, Tied Up And Forced to Chant ‘Gau Mata Ki Jai In Madhya Pradesh

A group of 24 men, accused of smuggling cows from Madhya Pradesh were waylaid by cow vigilantes or ‘gau rakshaks’ and thrashed. These men were then later made to chant ‘Gau Mata Ki Jai’ on camera. The local police have booked at least 16 people for allegedly smuggling cows after the villagers chained them together on the road.
