Jammu & Kashmir: High Schools Reopen Post Abrogation Of Article 370 But Students Remain Missing
  • 3 years ago
State Administration decided to reopen the higher secondary schools across the Kashmir Valley to fill the gap of education, which was there since the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5. But the students didn’t turn up to schools. Only staff members were present but there were no students in any of these schools. On October 3, the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan ordered all the Deputy Commissioners of the Valley and officials of the Education Department to open higher secondary schools. The outcome was the same when state administration opened other primary schools last month
