Indian Men & Women Hockey Teams Arrive In Bhubaneswar For Two-Week Camp Ahead Of Olympic Qualifiers

As the FIH (International Hockey Federation) Olympic Qualifiers are inching closer, Indian hockey’s men and women teams arrived in Bhubaneswar on October 14. The camp began from October 14 at the Kalinga Stadium. The camp will focus on the team’s preparation for the FIH Olympic Qualifiers, which are scheduled to be played on November 1 and 2. While speaking to ANI, Men’s hockey team captain Manpreet Singh said, "The qualifier round is very important. It is important for us and Russia. We cannot take it easy. Till now our training camps have been good. The team performed well in the Europe tour too. Now, we have two weeks and our aim is just to improve ourselves more and get ready before the qualifier round.”
