Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Union Budget 2020-21 in Parliament on February 1. While delivering her speech, Sitharaman said the budget has been woven into three threads- Aspirational India, Economic Development for All and Ours shall be a caring society. Sitharaman listed 16-point action plan for farmers.
