River Ganga Flows With Crystal Clear Water Near Lakshman Jhula At Rishikesh Amid The Lockdown

The coronavirus outbreak has locked up people inside their houses. With humans are caged inside their houses, nature is getting the most deserved time to heal. Animals are coming out on the empty streets, otherwise dominated by humans. And now a video has surfaced on the internet that shows a crystal clean river Ganga, running at Rishikesh in Uttarakhand. An Indian Forest Officer (IFS), Susanta Nanda, shared the video. In the absence of industrial pollutants and tourists at the ghats, River Ganga has reached a remarkable level of purity. The video shows clean water flowing near the famous spot, Lakshman Jhula. Recently, videos showing water of river Yamuna turning blue had also emerged.
