Rahat Indori's powerful verses have engaged and enchanted populations across India for decades. The noted poet and song lyricist died aftet suffering a heart attack in the eveninghours of August 11. Indori had tweeted that he had contracted Coronavirus a few hours before news broke that he was admitted to Sri Aurobindo Hospital in Indore, MP.
