As India reels under the Coronavirus outbreak, the Election Commission of India has issued guidelines for upcoming polls, including by-polls. From voters being given gloves while using the EVM Machine to postal ballots for those above the age group of 80 years of age, here are the rules the Election Commission has brought into place before the upcoming Bihar and West Bengal Assembly elections.
