Lwando Xaso came of age along with South Africa's new constitution. She was a young lawyer intent on using the opportunities now open to climb the corporate ladder. But, a personal experience of oppression by a democratic government pushed her to pursue Constitutional Law. She's now documented her journey, including her stint clerking for Constitutional Court Justice Edwin Cameron, in a new book.
