This man was on his way to the Bicol province in the Philippines when a typhoon struck the area. He found shelter in a nearby mall to wait out Typhoon Goni. The tin of the building opposite to his came off due to the strong winds and heavy rainfall. He and many others were stuck inside for hours until they realized there's flooding in the mall.
