A Graafwater farmer in the Western Cape is being investigated for alleged fraud ammounting R150, 000 every month. He's allegedly been abusing the COVID-19 relief fund. His workers claim he applied for the Ters benefit on their behalf, despite the fact they were still getting their full salaries during lockdown. eNCA’s Monique Mortlock looks at the facts.
