Rot, corruption and malfeasance reached unprecedented levels during his tenure as SAA Chief procurement officer. That was the evidence given to the Zondo Commission last year by Masimba Dahwa.Dawa said he raised his concerns over the 30 percent government procurement policy for small and medium enterprises, with former SAA Board chair, Dudu Myeni and former SAA Board member, Yakhe Kwinana.
