बिहार में जहां एक तरफ दूसरे चरण के लिए मतदान जारी है। वहीं तीसरे और आखिरी चरण के लिए राजनीतिक पार्टियों ने कमर कस ली है। इसी कड़ी में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को अररिया में चुनावी रैली को संबोधित किया. इस मौके पर पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि बिहार के गरीब को अपनी मर्जी की सरकार बनाने का अधिकार ही नहीं था। जंगलराज में चुनाव के दिन गरीब को घर से बाहर ही नहीं निकलने दिया जाता था, बूथ के बूथ लूट लिए जाते थे।
