Politics at centre of service delivery in Gauteng

The Gauteng government accepts defeat over Tshwane, but there's still a tiny fork in the road. Last week, the Supreme Court of Appeal ruled a decision to place the metro under administration was unlawful. And while Cooperative Governance MEC Lebogang Maile says they won't be appealing this ruling, the Constitutional court is yet to rule on the same matter.
