Bihar: Patna voters nonchalant, polling booths deserted

In Bihar's second phase of assembly elections, while there is a kind of excitement about voting in rural areas, the atmosphere in the capital Patna is very indifferent. Very few voters are visible at the polling stations in Patna and at some centers, only a few voters have come.
