U.S. hits average of over 80,000 COVID-19 cases per week

The COVID-19 situation in the U.S. is getting worse as they are seeing an average of over 80-thousand patients in a week.
According to Johns Hopkins University, the U.S. reported 99-thousand and 321 cases last Friday,... the highest number recorded in the country since the beginning of the pandemic.
President Donald Trump said that the number of confirmed cases is increasing because more people are getting tested.
However, data from CNN shows that while the average number of infections per week increased by 18 percent, there was only a four-point-three percent increase in testing.
