Austrian police say several injured, possibly some dead after suspected terror attack at Vienna synagogue

Police in Austria have confirmed that several shots were fired in the center of Vienna late Monday, causing several injuries and possibly even some deaths.
The nation's interior minister called the incident an "obvious terrorist attack", saying at least one of those shot was a police officer, and a gunman had been captured.
He said it was not yet clear how many people were hurt, or how serious their injuries are,... but signaled some people may have died.
Some local media outlets report at least seven deaths.
The shooting took place in a synagogue, hours before the midnight start of a nationwide lockdown, one of several being imposed in Europe to stop the spread of COVID-19.
