Muhammad Bilal Khan is a professional swimmer who has won 3 gold medals in Olympics back in 2003 in the special quota category. Bilal has a speech disability and was able to win several medals in special quota category. He says he can win a lot more medals if given a chance to swim in the normal category. The Pakistani government never acknowledged or rewarded his milestones and now Bilal is jobless due to the lockdown.
