अपने दो दिवसीय गुजरात दौरे पर शनिवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने प्रोबेशनरी IAS अफसरों को संबोधित किया. पीएम ने कहा कि आज देश जिस मोड में काम कर रहा है, उसमें आप सभी ब्यूरोक्रेट्स की भूमिका मिनिमम गवर्नमेंट-मैक्सिमम गवर्नेंस की ही है. पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि अफसरों को सरदार साहब की सलाह थी कि देश के नागरिकों की सेवा अब आपका सर्वोच्च कर्तव्य है,मेरा भी यही आग्रह है कि सिविल सर्वेंट जो भी फैसला ले वो राष्ट्रीय संदर्भ में हो,देश की एकता अखंडता को मजबूत करने वाला हो,अफसरों को अपना लक्ष्य कभी नहीं भूलना चाहिए
