Unions lash at Mboweni's public sector wage freeze proposal

The public sector wage bill has been rising since 2008 and it's no longer affordable. Those are the sentiments shared by Finance Minister Tito Mboweni. Mboweni has proposed wages be frozen for the next three years. Unions are not impressed and are promising to fight the restrictions. Labour analyst Terry Bell speaks to Jeremy Maggs on this.
