A row has erupted over the government's decision to appoint new Information Commissioners opposed by the Congress in a dissent note. The National Conference on Friday claimed that authorities in Jammu and Kashmir prevented its president Farooq Abdullah from leaving his residence to offer prayers at the Hazratbal shrine on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi. Three BJP workers including a local youth wing leader were on Thursday killed in a terror attack in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. Coronavrius cases in Delhi continue to reach grim milestones with the cases climbing each day. The capital registered a new high of 5,739 fresh cases over the last 24 hours.
